Cooking with care at Dusit Thani Pattaya
Dusit leaders host special feast for children from Baan Kru Ja Foundation
The 2019 edition of Dusit’s annual Leadership Workshop got off to a memorable and meaningful start with a special cooking class for students from the Baan Kru Ja Foundation in Pattaya, a charitable school which provides support for orphans, victims of abuse and child trafficking.
Held in Dusit Thani Pattaya’s Napalai ballroom, the event saw Dusit executives and GMs from Dusit Hotels & Resorts worldwide join the kids to make pizzas, som tam, and set tables worthy of a five-star feast. Dusit’s leaders also served the kids before sitting down with them to enjoy the dishes they’d created.
After the joyful meal, Dusit’s executive team, led by Khun Chanin Donavanik, Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Khun Suphajee Suthumpun, Group CEO, presented a donation to Khun Palisorn Noja, Director of Baan Kru Ja Foundation, which will go towards supporting the school with a water pump to help them to water their vegetable garden. The children were also delighted to be presented with gift packs crammed with sportswear, sneakers, caps and other goodies.
