Property Development
Worth a total of 46 billion baht and covering 440,000 sq m of prime real estate on the corner of Silom and Rama IV roads in the heart of Bangkok, Dusit Central Park is our most significant project to date.
Being developed in partnership with Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN), and designed under the concept ‘Here for Bangkok,’ the unique project will feature luxury Dusit-branded residences, a state-of-the-art office tower, a high-end shopping mall, large green spaces, and a distinctive reimagining of our flagship Dusit Thani Bangkok hotel, which served as a symbol of gracious Thai hospitality for 50 years.
By blending the best of Thai design and hospitality with international standards of service, Dusit Central Park will be a new city landmark that reflects our past, embraces our present, and leverages its prime position opposite Lumpini Park, and direct access to all major public transportation networks, to revolutionize the way people shop, dine, work, live and stay in this key area of the city.
The new Dusit Thani Bangkok hotel is slated to open in mid-2024, with the rest of the project following in 2025.
