In 2018, we officially entered the luxury vacation rental sector with the full acquisition of Elite Havens, the leading provider of high-end vacation rentals in Asia, which brought a network of more than 200 fully staffed properties across Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, and the Maldives, into our portfolio.
We also entered the lean luxury, affordable lifestyle market with the launch of ASAI Hotels, a distinctive new brand designed to link curious, millennial-minded travellers with authentic local experiences in vibrant cities and resort destinations worldwide.
Dusit international’s property portfolio currently comprises more than 270 properties operating under six brands across 14 countries.
The company has more than 60 Dusit-branded properties in the pipeline and expects to open at least 10-12 hotels per year in key destinations from 2020 onwards.
