Holding Statement Regarding the Postponement of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 32/2025

Bangkok, 28 April 2025 – Dusit Thani Public Company Limited has announced the postponement of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 32/2025, which remains incomplete, to 28 May 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The list of shareholders eligible to attend the reconvened meeting will remain based on the original Record Date of 21 March 2025. The meeting will be conducted exclusively via electronic means (E-Meeting).

The Board of Directors has decided to postpone the meeting to allow for careful consideration of all relevant matters, with the aim of preventing any potential impact on the Company and safeguarding the best interests of all shareholders. The Company continues to operate as usual, maintaining its commitment to transparency and good corporate governance.
