DUSIT announces Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2025
Bangkok, 27 August 2025 – Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (“DUSIT”) has announced that its Board of Directors has resolved to convene the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2025 on 26 September 2025 at 14:00 hrs., to be conducted exclusively via electronic means (E-Meeting). The Record Date to determine the list of eligible shareholders is set for 10 September 2025.
The meeting is convened pursuant to the rights of shareholders under Section 100 of the Public Limited Companies Act B.E. 2535 (1992) and its amendments. Key agenda items include:
- To certify the minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
- To consider and approve the financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2024
- To consider changes to the structure of the Board of Directors, including removal and appointment of directors (the qualifications of nominated candidates are currently under review)
- To consider amendments to the authority of directors and authorise necessary registration with the relevant government authorities

This landmark development marks a historic step in elevating the company into a new chapter.

Therefore, regardless of any future changes in directors or management, what is certain in the near term is that Dusit expects to recognise unprecedented revenue and profit next year, following the transfer of ownership of the residential component of the Dusit Central Park project. This achievement represents another source of great pride for the company.”
